Hojicha

Toasted sencha leaves.  This tea has an amber color and is aromatic and delicious!  100g bag (3.5 ounces)

Low caffeine.

Brewing:   

 Steep for 30 seconds.

Pour boiling hot (not boiling hot- about 97° Centigrade, 206° Fahrenheit) water over the leaves

 Use 1 heaping tablespoon of tea

  for every 8 - 12 ounces of water
