Shipping Charges
Orders are usually shipped within one business day after payment is received. If fresh tea is not immediately available, it takes about 2-3 business days to get teas sent from cold storage.
We will send you a tracking number when we ship your order. The shipping charge is displayed before you place your order.
To the United States and Australia, we ship via DHL.

To major locations outside the United States and Australia, we offer postal deliveries (Japan Post). We do not ship to the United Kingdom or Europe at this time.
Registered Airmail and Express Mail Service (EMS) are traceable. We will provide you with a tracking number. A signature is required. Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for your package.
* Registered Airmail and Express Mail Service (EMS) are NOT available to some destinations. Shipping to Europe and the United Kingdom has been suspended. Standard Airmail is not available temporarily.

We do not offer free shipping because free shipping does not exist. If you are offered free shipping elsewhere you will be paying for shipping somewhere else in your order.
Our policy is to charge as close to the actual shipping cost as possible or a little less. We do not make a profit on shipping charges.
Return Policy
We proudly stand behind the quality teas and accessories we sell.
We will accept returns and exchanges for defective products. Please check the tea/accessories when they are received.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We will be happy to take back any item (unopened) that does not meet your expectations within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund, excluding shipping and handling charges.
