We ship orders within one business day after payment. If fresh tea is not immediately available, it takes 2-3 business days to get it from cold storage.
We will send you a tracking number when we ship your order. The shipping charge is displayed before you place your order.

We offer postal deliveries to central locations outside the United States and Australia (Japan Post). At this time, we do not ship to the United Kingdom or Europe.
Registered Airmail and Express Mail Service (EMS) are traceable. We will provide you with a tracking number. A signature is required. Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for your package.

Customs duties depend on the type of goods and sometimes benefit from Free Trade Agreements. This tax is applied in countries with a consumption tax, even if such an agreement exists.
Freight forwarders or postal services will pay those taxes on your behalf to local customs and request payment at delivery time. These costs aren't part of the shipping fees and must be paid to receive your order.
We will not provide a refund should you refuse to pay the due taxes to the transporter.
We do not offer free shipping because free shipping does not exist. If you are offered free shipping elsewhere, you will be paying for shipping elsewhere in your order.
Our policy is to charge as close to the shipping cost as possible or a little less. We do not profit from shipping charges.
Return Policy
We proudly stand behind the quality teas and accessories we sell.
We will accept returns and exchanges for defective products. Please check the tea and accessories when they are received.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We will be happy to take back any item (unopened) that does not meet your expectations within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund, excluding shipping and handling charges.
