Netto Gyokuro and Kabusecha are excellent shade-grown teas. Both can be brewed at higher temperatures. About 77°-92°C (171-198°F).

Netto Gyokuro
Shade-grown for about 21 days before harvesting commences. Netto Gyokuro has a delightful aroma and is slightly sweet.

Uji Kabuse Tea
Shade-grown for less time than Netto Gyokuro. Kabusecha has a wonderful taste that is a balance between sencha and gyokuro.

Matcha
Tasty and invigorating during the winter months.

Netto Sencha
The finest sencha from Uji.

Gyokuro and Sencha tea bags. Convenient, and easy to prepare.
