Genmaicha

First leaf sencha mixed with puffed brown rice (genmai) and a pinch of matcha.  It is the pinch of matcha that distinguishes our genmaicha from that you will find in other shops. 

200g bag (7 ounces)

 Brewing:

   Steep for 1 minute 

  Water should be about 87°C (188°F).

      Use 3 heaping teaspoons of tea 

   for every 8 - 12 ounces of water
