Houn no Uji Matcha (Ceremonial Grade)

The finest matcha from Uji.  Ceremonial grade.

Only the best hand-picked leaves are selected!  20 grams (0.7 ounces)

Preparation:  Use 1 level teaspoon for 2 to 4 ounces of water.  First, put matcha in the bowl.  Then pour hot (not boiling) water over the leaves.  Water should be about 80°C (176°F).

Thick (Koicha) preparation.

Whisk the tea into a rich froth!
