Kyo Mukashi Matcha (Premium Grade)

Choice Premium Grade matcha from Uji.  Premium Grade.  40 grams (1.4 ounces)

Preparation:  Use half or one-quarter of a teaspoon for 2 to 4 ounces of water.  First, put matcha in the bowl.  Then pour hot (not boiling) water over the leaves. Water should be about 80°C (176°F).

Usucha (Thin) preparation.

Whisk the tea into a rich froth!
