Our organic teas have the Japan Agricultural Standard (JAS) seal of approval.

Preparation:  Use half or one-quarter teaspoon for 2 to 4 ounces of water.  First, put matcha in the bowl.  Then pour hot (not boiling) water over the leaves.  Water should be about 80°C (176°F).

Whisk the tea into a rich froth!
