Steep for 2 minutes
Place the bag in a large cup and fill the cup with hot (but not boiling) water. Water should be about 87°C (188°F).
Do not move the tea bag back and forth during preparation. Simply let the bag sit for 1 to 2 minutes. If you would like extra strong tea, move the tea bag back and forth gently after it has steeped for 2 minutes.
